Redirect after user has logged in

I have multiple text console session open and log in as different users into different consoles. I forget after while which consoles belong to which user, it would be nice to not have to quit and log back in.
On Windows 7 Ultimate, is there a way to see when I logged on into the current session?
At my school, the Panasonic interactive “SmartBoard” show a different message on the Windows 7 login screen. Instead of:
I’m trying to connect to a wifi network where it hijacks all requests and redirects you to a page where you have to agree to a terms of use before it lets you connect to the actual outside world. This is a pretty common practice, and usually doesn’t pose much of a problem.
How can I configure Windows, when I am at the Logon Screen I see the option to logon using a SmartCard? How can I associate the SmartCard with a local user account which is not a member of a domain?
I have several network shares and created user accounts for the people who want to access them on my computer, so I can give every user different access rights.
I recently had a profile problem with my Windows 7 PC. My original profile in the registry had “.bak” appended to it and a new profile was created. I was unable to login with the new profile. I fixed this immediate problem by logging on in safe mode. This enabled me to restore my original profile.
When I turn on my computer, I usually leave it to boot for a few minutes before I come back. However, when I get back I have to log in and then wait for all my start up programs to load. Is there anyway to have those programs load at the log in screen (I only have one account)? I am running Win7 x64.
